Step 1
Grind and Vacuum concrete substrate to ensure a clean surface and adequate adhesion.
Step 2
Repair any cracks, pits or patches with our high solids crack repair, followed by another grind and vacuum.
Step 3
Apply tinted, 100% solids epoxy basecoat using only top of the line products and a perfected technique.
Step 4
Broadcast vinyl flake chips into epoxy basecoat until rejection to provide evenly distributed color and texture.

Step 5
Once dry, excess flake is removed and floor is scraped to remove pointed edges and create level surface followed by a final vacuum.
